Osaro Lee is a Nigerian-American screenwriter, director, and actor/model. Shaped by the fusion (and clash) of cultures from a young age, he found inspiration in Reddit deep dives, sketchy PDF book files, and “What If” YouTube rabbit holes. With television development experience at Media Res Studio and NBCUniversal’s Peacock, Osaro is an alum of both The Diverso Fellowship for screenwriting and the Gotham Film & Media Career Development Program. Through his love for Afrofuturism and comics, he hopes to give his BIPOC peers the heroes on screen they deserve
